Special Education Law: A Complete Overview

In this two part lecture, Ms. Rothenberg and Ms. Abraham, go into the law surrounding special education and how to ensure that schools are properly helping children. In the first part you will learn about the types of school services offered for children with special needs along with learning about mental illness awareness in the legal profession in general. Then in the second part, you will start by going into both the basics of the law and finish with unique instances where litigation is necessary.
