Is MCLE Mandatory in Missouri? Missouri requires attorneys to complete a minimum of 15 credit hours. We explain the requirements in more detail on this page.
What specific subject matters are required in Missouri? Two credit hours required of any of the following: professionalism, substance abuse and mental health, legal or judicial ethics, and mental health issues in the legal field.
How many Marino Self-study CLE credits will satisfy Missouri MCLE requirements? Marino can help you satisfy up to six of your 15 required Continuing Legal Education requirements through our online program.
What are the Missouri Live CLE Requirements? All ethics courses must be live, but up to six hours of your remaining 15 CLE hours may be completed online through self-study with Marino.
Is a Marino CLE bundle available for Missouri? In the future, Marino plans to offer Continuing Legal Education courses for Missouri so that attorneys can easily and conveniently obtain Continuing Legal Education credit hours on their own time.
What special MCLE requirements are newly admitted attorneys held to? New lawyers are exempt from CLE requirements during the reporting year in which they are admitted.
Is Marino responsible for verifying my participation? Since Missouri is a self-reporting state, attorneys are responsible for reporting their individual participation in Marino’s programs.
Does Missouri require attorneys to self-report their MCLE attendance? Missouri is a self-reporting state. Attorneys will submit their own Continuing Legal Education hours for MCLE credit.
