What specific subject matters are required in Arkansas? You must complete one hour of legal ethics/professionalism CLE as part of your 12 hour CLE requirement.
How many self-study CLE credits will satisfy Arkansas CLE requirements? Online courses approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board may count for all of the CLE credits for the year.
Does Arkansas have Live CLE Requirements? No, you may use online courses for all of your Arkansas CLE credit requirements.

Is the CLE provider responsible for verifying my participation? The provider is not required to verify your attendance in CLE courses, but the course does need to be approved by the Board prior to attendance. The provider is responsible for applying for approval with the Board.
