Indiana Newly Admitted CLE Requirement

Total CLE Requirements: Each newly-admitted attorney must complete a minimum of six (6) hours of accredited continuing legal education each year and at least 36 hours of accredited continuing legal education per three-year cycle, with at least 3 hours of ethics anytime within the three-year cycle.

CLE Deadline: December 31st
Reporting Date: Indiana is a self-reporting jurisdiction or you can request that your sponsor report your attendance for you.
Reporting Information: Attorneys admitted by exam must begin meeting their CLE credit and reporting requirements beginning on the January 1st following their admission to the Indiana Bar.
