Holly Pai has over a decade of experience fighting for the rights of immigrants and has spent her entire legal career in immigration law. She practices immigration and nationality law exclusively and focuses on complex immigration matters including business immigration, removal defense and waivers, and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
Holly has years of successfully representing clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Holly relocated to Bellingham, WA in 2015 after almost a decade of living and working in New York City as a Lawyer. Holly brings the professionalism, responsiveness, and experience in complex matters that she honed in New York to her clients in Northwest Washington State.
Holly graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law where she received the Dean’s Award for Leadership in Race and Gender Issues. She is a member of the New York bar and authorized to Practice Immigration and Naturalization Law in All 50 States and US Territories Pursuant to 8 USC 1292.1
Holly has three awesome kids and a loving husband. She lives in Bellingham, WA and enjoys family bike rides and the rocky beaches of the Pacific Northwest.
