Evan R. Drachman, Esq. is a solo practitioner in the area of real estate. Evan began practicing in 2004 as an associate with a medium sized New Jersey law firm. He was a named partner in 2009 and continued to grow his reputation and practice.

Evan has represented thousands of purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate as well as all other parties to a transaction, including institutional and private lenders, title companies, cooperative corporations, condominium associations as well as other interested parties.

He has been retained as counsel to various non-profit organizations to navigate through various real estate disputes and dilemmas. In addition to transactional law, Evan regularly represents clients in property tax appeals, property disputes and small business matters.
