Adam D. Blumenreich is a partner of Shaltiel & Blumenreich Law. The primary areas of focus for Adams practice of law include corporate political law as well as will drafting. Adam is an expert in corporate political law which includes procurement lobbying and legislative lobbying, pay-to-play and election law, and the law governing gifting and entertaining of government and public officials. Prior to the establishment of Shaltiel & Blumenreich Law, Adam developed his wealth of experience and knowledge while practicing law and providing compliance solutions for Bear Stearns and Prudential Financial. After Adam graduated from New York Law School in May 2004, Bear Stearns brought Adam into its legal department where he was instrumental in developing the corporate political law division. In 2008, Adam joined Prudential where he developed and founded the firms corporate political compliance division. Adams focused career on corporate political law has labeled him as an expert in this field. Adam received his B.A. from the University of Arizona in May of 2001. He graduated from New York Law School in May of 2004 where he was honored to receive the Deans Award for Student Leadership. Adam also strongly believes in giving back to the community. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees and is actively involved with volunteering his time for Imagine: A Center for Coping with Loss. Imagine provides education, advocacy and free year-round grief support for children and adults who are coping with loss due to death or who are coping with a family member with a terminal or chronic illness. Adam also currently sits on the Board of Trustees and is actively involved with volunteering his time for Jewish Family Services of Central New Jersey. JFS provides skilled and compassionate vital Human Services to children, adults and families, including services geared from adoption to older adult needs. Their services are aimed at strengthening family life and encourage personal growth by providing quality social and health services to individuals and families in need. Adam is admitted to practice law in New York and is an applicant for admission in New Jersey. Adam also provides guidance for compliance solutions in all jurisdictions.
