Mr. Barton graduated with honors, earning his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center. During his time at law school, Mr. Barton volunteered for the family law clinic making court appearances under the supervision of Nassau Suffolk Law Services, aiding with family law matters such as divorce, child support and custody, and domestic violence. Mr. Barton is now admitted to practice law in both New York and Connecticut. He is a founding member and managing partner of BARTON LAW GROUP, P.C. Mr. Barton and has worked in the area of Trust and Estates since 2006. Mr. Barton has had opportunities to aid high net worth clients in Estate Planning, Probate and Administration. His experience includes drafting documents which encompass the final wishes of his clients and provide for multigenerational tax and creditor protection. Under Mr. Barton’s direction, BARTON LAW GROUP, P.C. has ventured into both the Elder and Corporate Law arenas.

Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Barton earned both a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Hydrogeology and Water Resources followed by a distinguished career as a Hydrogeologist and Hydrogeoloical Modeler. To this day Mr. Barton still maintains his Professional Geologists Licenses, keeping current and active in the environmental field. Mr. Barton takes pride in his family life, being married for 14 years to his loving wife Julie with whom he has two children Alivia Ruth and Benjamin Milo.
