Mark began his practice at his father’s firm in Livingston. In 2006, he opened his own firm in Roseland which later moved to his current location in Maplewood. Since then, he has partnered with Dollinger, Drachman & Tolstoi and shares three locations of Maplewood, Livingston and Hoboken. Mark has worked extensively on real estate transactions, mortgage lending regulatory and compliance matters, and both federal and state litigation. He has also served as counsel to title companies and mortgage companies, and has consulted and testified as an expert witness in mortgage banking matters.
