Arthur J. Conte is an Associate Attorney with the Barton Law Group, P.C., and practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, income taxation, elder law, probate and administration of estates, estate litigation, charitable entities and giving, asset protection, business and succession planning for closely held businesses, and guardianship. Mr. Conte joined the firm in July of 2015.

Mr. Conte is admitted to practice in the State of New York, is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations.

Mr. Conte graduated with honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center in 2014. During his time there, he worked in the Elder Law Clinic, assisting the clinic’s clients with varying elder law legal issues. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Conte attended Loyola University Maryland and graduated with a Bachelors in both Political Science and Philosophy in 2011.
