By the time Dana graduated from law school she had written on to two moot court teams, won American Jurisprudence Awards for the highest grades in her Evidence and Professional Responsibility courses, and received one of the highest grades in her legal writing class. She spent her final semester as an intern in Chambers at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
After graduating, Dana was delighted to secure a position overseeing the appeals and motions produced by a mid-size medical malpractice office, and enjoyed repeated, significant victories during her tenure there. Following several years in law firms, Dana now spends her career working with other attorneys to make their points clearly and with style, while they dedicate their energies to their clients.
Dana graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. She also holds an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School in New York City and, at age 20, she earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Michigan where she double-majored in German and Psychology. Dana is an Ironman triathlete, has qualified for the Boston Marathon, and won several triathlon awards, both age group and overall.

She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
