PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OFFICES OF GARY L. LIPTON, P.C.: Owner, 2003 – Present Emphasis in Criminal, Personal Injury Litigation, Business and Commercial Law, and Business Coaching. I am the personal owner of this law practice with three employees and one independent contractor. I personally manage this office dealing with such issues as goal setting, creating a business manual, the hiring and firing of employees, negotiating all contracts, dealing with any problems concerning the real estate leases, contracts and other business problems. I also assist clients in dealing with all service agencies and various strategic systems to maximize their businesses.

KURTZMAN, LIPTON, MATERA, GUROCK & SCUDERI, LLP: Partner, 2001 – 2003 Emphasis in Criminal, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Wills & Estates I was the senior partner in a ten-man law office with approximately 25+ employees. I helped create and develop one of the largest Rockland County law firms. During the period of time our two offices were merged, I made decisions on a host of business solutions, including but not limited to goal setting, business management, hiring and firing of personnel, working out lease problems, making sure that services were provided to our large law practice, dealing with 401K plans, retirement benefits, health insurance, phone systems, computer systems, cable companies, utilities, other sub-tenants and various other business related problems.
