Justin Berutich corporate, tax, and litigation experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to each matter. He was selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2014 and 2015. Litigation The Litigation Practice Group handles complex disputes across a broad range of industries. Skilled in the courtroom, and in arbitration and mediation, Justin, as a member of this group, regularly handles bet-the-company litigation, as well as routine disputes for Fortune 500 companies and high growth businesses. Throughout this process, Justin has become skilled at representing his clients at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, trial calls, oral arguments, and various other stages of the litigation process. Cyber Security & Data Protection Justin advises major banks on improving strategies and protocols for protecting their customer and proprietary information. He works extensively with clients, including financial institutions, to provide advice on breach notification requirements and procedures, develop and present comprehensive employee training programs related to document management and data security, update policies related to data security, breach response, post breach corrective action plans, and social media use. Financial Services/Creditor’s Rights Working with major banks and other financial institutions, Justin drafts and maintains an integrated suites of cash management and electronic banking documentation including ACH, wire, and remote deposit documentation. He represents financial institutions in major litigations involving many aspects of the banking and finance business including general lending litigation, collateral foreclosure proceedings, enforcement of guaranties, complex credit work, and collections. Corporate Justin provides comprehensive business counseling to individuals and companies across various industry verticals from startup/early stage to established multi-nationals, including organization, financing, taxation, M&A, business development, commercial agreements, human resources, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and real estate. His representation of these entities often includes handling commercial credit transactions on their behalf including asset-based loans, inter-company loans and commercial mortgages.
