Jeff has practiced law for nearly twenty five years, focusing on business law matters, including new business and corporate structuring, partnership/joint venture relationships, corporate transactions, business purchases, private equity/venture capital deals, legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, and serving as outside general counsel to start-ups, small and emerging businesses. Jeff has worked with investors, companies, and business ventures in various industries, including venture capital, management consulting, film and television, Internet, software/hardware development, call center/business process outsourcing, commercial real estate, fashion/cosmetics, restaurant/food industry, manufacturing, intellectual property licensing, and numerous other businesses in the U.S., Asia and Europe.

Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of Carmike Cinemas Inc. (CKEC) and is a director of several private companies.

Having worked on numerous international transactions, and with the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese, Jeff brings this experience to his role as both a deal maker and a lawyer in a variety of domestic and cross-border business law matters.

In 2012, Jeff was named a Finalist for “The Best Accountants and Attorneys for Privately Held Companies” by the New York Enterprise Report.
