Adedayo is a Litigator and advises clients on Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA). He litigates immigration matters before administrative tribunals and within the federal courts of the United States. He specializes on working with clients to develop strategies for compliance with business immigration laws, providing support for companies that wish to bring workers into the United States, development of business plans and performing due diligence on investment programs.

After graduating from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria and receiving a degree in Economics, he went on to of North London Law School in London, England and earned a degree in Law in 1995. Adedayo subsequently became a member of the New York Bar in 2002, and the District of Columbia Bar in 2008.
