Christopher E. Wright has been involved in public and private development zoning and land use projects since 1986. He has worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, the New York City Council and the New York City Department of Education. For the last 15 years, Chris Wright has represented and advocated the interests of real estate entities at City Agencies including the Mayor’s Office, the City Council, the City Planning Commission, the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Landmarks Commission and the Department of Buildings. He has appeared before Community Boards throughout New York City and worked with community groups on pro bono projects such as parks and recreation centers.

Due to his comprehensive experience in both the public and private sectors, he is uniquely qualified to negotiate public/private partnerships that are compatible with the City’s planning polices while achieving the goals of the private developer.Mr. Wright has served on the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Land Use, Planning and Zoning, is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

Mr. Wright received his JD from New York Law School, a Masters in Political Science from New York University and his BA from Macalester College.
