Mr. Sahni is currently Chief of the Terrorism and International Narcotics Trafficking Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Previously he clerked for the Honorable Pierre N. Leval of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He was also in private practice at Wilmer Cutler and Pickering. He received a B.A. degree from Emory University and a J.D. degree from Yale Law School.
