Alan S. Rafterman, Esq., is a commercial litigation associate at the firm of Graubard Mollen & Miller. His responsibilities include conducting trials, drafting and arguing motions, preparing witnesses, deposition practice, drafting pleadings and discovery requests, and writing appellate briefs.
Prior to joining Graubard Mollen & Miller in July 1997, Mr. Rafterman served for two years as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Bernard Newman in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and was an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Bronx District Attorney from August 1992 to August 1995.
